What is your process for multi unit developments?
Our process begins with a free initial consultation to discuss your townhouse or multi unit project. We will determine your requirements and scope of works and prepare a detailed building tender based on the developer’s project requirements which is reviewed by them to ensure their brief is met. We work with the developer to fine tune the tender as necessary before progressing to the construction stage to ensure that all requirements have been addressed and there are no hidden surprises during the build.
Multi unit developments are complex projects and require careful coordination and management. How do you manage your projects?
Our multi unit and townhouse projects have a dedicated project manager that will oversee all aspects of the project including planning, scheduling, procurement, quality and WHS. We work closely with the developer and project consultant team including the architect/building designer, interior designer, structural and services engineers and certifier to ensure that the project is being delivered in accordance with the building specifications.
